I have enjoyed the summer fruits and vegetables and just received the letter about the winter share. But I do not have any idea about what would be included in the bags for the winter. Can you me some more information?

the email is redrootfarm@gmail.com, but this is not a quick way to get me , cell is 334 697 0519 for the quickest response, office is 243 4072, for anything noyt time sensitive, i check it a minimum once a week, but more during season

Sorry, we can’t take any more people for Spring/Summer. There will be a new season in the fall which you could sign up for then.

Hi! Is it too late for me to sign up? I know you are just a few days out from the first delivery. I would be picking up in Montgomery. Could I come to elray’s to pick up any time before 4? Also, what size bag or tote will I need to put the produce in so I can leave you the canvas bag? Thanks!

Jacob,
You can still sign up for this season if you send in your info right away. We are looking at probably the week of April 11th being our first delivery week. Just have to watch the fields and see when things are ready. The plants are looking great right now and the rain is only helping.

As far as a newsletter goes, if you sign up for a CSA share you will get a letter in with your bag of veggies each week. We are working on setting up an e-newsletter system now as well.

If you want to sign up for this spring/summer CSA send your check and info to Red Root Farm, P.O. Box 6880, Banks, AL 36005
Be sure you include:

Hello,

I just learned about this CSA yesterday from a client of mine, & I’m extremely thrilled to see something like this in the local area. I now realize that its somewhat late for this growing season (considering deliveries start tomorrow), however, I’m very interested in being part of a great community organization like this.

I hope that next time around this will be my summer excitement. What is the first day for signing up? Is there a newsletter or any kind of information that is mailed/emailed to participants? Thank you again for this, & I look forward to learning more.
